Data Integration

Overview

Syncause supports integration with a variety of mainstream monitoring and observability platforms, enabling the collection and unified analysis of multi-dimensional data such as Trace, Log, Metric, and Topology. With standardized data integration capabilities, you can quickly aggregate data from your existing monitoring systems into Syncause, achieving centralized operations and intelligent analysis.

We have tested and optimized integration with common platforms to ensure data collection stability and compatibility. For systems not yet tested or fully supported, you can still connect via custom integration.

Data Integration Capabilities

Syncause supports multiple observability data types to help you quickly build a unified monitoring and analysis platform. Currently supported data types include:

• Trace

  • Records and visualizes the upstream and downstream call relationships of requests across system services, helping analyze request flow, identify performance bottlenecks, and locate anomalous nodes.

• Log

  • Captures events, errors, and business information during system operation, serving as an important reference for troubleshooting and compliance auditing.

• Metric

  • Quantifies the operational status of systems and applications (e.g., CPU usage, request counts, error rates), supporting real-time monitoring and alerts.

• RedMetric

  • Measures and monitors system resource usage, performance metrics, or business-critical indicators. Provides visualization, alerting, and analysis capabilities to help teams track system status and business performance in real time, supporting optimization and rapid response to anomalies.

• ServiceInstance

  • Represents operational information at the service instance level, enabling fine-grained operations and analysis.

• Topology

  • Reflects the components, services, and their dependencies in the system, visually presenting architecture and call relationships.
