Introduction

The Syncause core data type eBPF probe, as the data core of the Syncause intelligent assistant, is a mandatory installation.

Feature Overview​

The Syncause core data type — eBPF probe, is the core data collection component of the Syncause intelligent assistant. Based on Linux kernel eBPF technology, it can safely and efficiently capture runtime data from systems and applications without modifying the kernel. By deploying this probe, Syncause can obtain real-time application system performance metrics:

  • (CPU, Memory, Network, Disk I/O)

This data serves as the core input for intelligent operations analysis and fault tracing, providing fundamental support for alert noise reduction, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. The probe is added through the Data Ingestion → Probes Management module in Syncause and installed on target monitoring servers.
